Shipping is free to the continental US. We do not ship outside the continental US

Can I order larger frames than what is available on your website?

IF YOUR SIZE COMBINATION IS NOT AVAILABLE: We can't ship large frames over a certain size. If your size is close to the size combinations available on our site but not an exact match, please reach out to us using the Contact Us page as we may have some work around solutions.

 

Can I get a different border size?

Typically, you would add 4” to your artwork size to determine the frame size. This gives you a 2” border on each side and is needed for the corner hardware to clear. The holes for the corner hardware are inset 1" from the edges.  With a 2” border, there is about ½” of space between the corner of the picture and the edge of the hardware. You could make this border smaller, if you go to a 1.5” border, the corners of your artwork will touch the corner hardware, there will be no space. If you go to 1”, the corner hardware will cover the corners of your picture and may actually pierce the edge. If you want anything other than our standard 2" border which we add by defauly, please reach out to us using the Contact Us page. 

 

What size frame should I order?

Just enter the dimensions of your artwork as your ordering size. We automatically add a 2" border on all 4 sides. So if your artwork is 14x21, order a short side 14 and a long side 21 and we will ship you a 18x25 frame.
