Refund Policy

30 Days for returns, exchanges, or reports of damages

FOR STOCK ITEMS THAT ARE NOT CUSTOMIZED SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If after receiving your item, you are not 100% pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from delivery. To initiate a return, please use the contact us form to receive the shipping address and return authorization number.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER PICTURE FRAMES are cut to order and made especially for you, much like an engraved item. If you ordered the wrong size or do not like your frame for any reason, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, less our original outbound shipping costs which will run from $15-$50 depending on the size of the frame, and a 15% restocking fee. Note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

FOR DAMAGED ITEMS. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional charge. You must take a picture of the damages along with a picture of the shipping box and shipping label and email it to us using the contact us page or info@ionacyrlics.com. For picture frames, please keep the hardware and standoff pegs as we will only be shipping replacement panels.  NOTE: if the problem is that the panels are blue or not clear, it is because there is a protective film on BOTH sides that needs to be removed.
