Elevate your space with our Deluxe Floating Frame kit. This version includes a custom-cut interior matboard, adding an extra layer of elegance and depth to your artwork. Handcrafted in the USA, these frames create a stunning "border-within-a-border" effect.
IMPORTANT: How to Order and Sizing
To ensure a perfect fit, please read the sizing rules below carefully. We handle the math for you—simply order based on your Artwork Size.
The 8-Inch Rule: Because we add both a decorative mat and a clear border, your final frame will be 8 inches LARGER than your artwork.

The Mat: We add a 2" mat around your art (+4" total).

The Frame: We add a 2" clear border around the mat (+4" total).

Example: If your art is 8x10, your final frame size will be 16x18.
The Mat Opening: To ensure your art stays securely in place, we cut the mat opening 1/4" smaller than your artwork dimensions so the edges of the art are tucked behind the mat.
Ordering Fractional Sizes: If your artwork is not a whole number, follow these two steps:

Select Size: Round UP to the nearest whole inch in the dropdown menus.

Specify Exact Size: In the "Artwork Size" text field, enter your true dimensions to the nearest 1/8".

Example: For art measuring 10.5" x 14.35", select "11" and "15" from the menus and type "10 1/2 x 14 3/8" in the text field.
Product Specifications
Material: High-quality .125" crystal-clear acrylic. Frames exceeding 1,000 sq. inches are upgraded to reinforced .177" backing.
Hardware: Premium standoff mounting hardware included.

Colors: Brushed Silver (Default), Shiny Silver, Gold, Black, or White.

Diameter: 1/2" hardware for frames under 20"; 3/4" for frames over 20".

Quantity: 4 standoffs standard; sides 36" or longer include extra center supports (6-8 total).
Custom Options:

Corners: Elegant Rounded Corners are standard. For Squared Corners, please request them in the "Artwork Size" text field.

Thickness: Fits flat items up to 3/8" thick (photos, posters, puzzles, or textiles).

Return Policy: Because frames are custom-made to your specific dimensions, returns for mis-ordered items are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus original outbound shipping costs. We offer full replacements for shipping damage or shop errors.

Well, your product isn’t just good, it is fantastic! We purchased a papyrus painting while in Egypt a few years ago and because of the irregular sides, we want to have a “floating” feel to the frame. Finally found a company to order frames for my odd shaped sentimentals and art pieces. Getting them in the right placement on the wall is not a one person job, but worth it. I’m very grateful to finally be hanging frames in the size I need. The company also has been very helpful. For the smaller frame the wrong screws were sent but they easily replaced the right size screws, and I needed to switch out chrome to brass attachments and they also accommodated that graciously.

Had a custom sized floating acrylic frame made for my backsplash. Added a fabric panel to match my kitchen valances, and custom laser cut wood sign. I love it, and it looks way better than custom tiled backsplashes than can cost thousands of dollars! The company representative I spoke to was extremely helpful in determining the size, hardware, and available width.
