IMPORTANT: How to Order and Sizing

The 2-Inch Border Rule (We Do The Math For You!) Ordering custom framing shouldn't require a calculator. Simply select the dimensions of your artwork (rounding up if fractional) from the dropdowns, enter the exact dimensions with fractions in the Artwork Size field, and we handle the rest.

To create the signature floating effect and make room for the corner standoff hardware, we automatically add a 2-inch clear acrylic border to all four sides of your piece.

• Example 1 - simple sizes: If your art measures exactly 10" x 16", you will enter 10" and 16" at checkout. We will build and ship you a final frame that measures 14" x 20".

• Example 2 - fractional sizes: Your art is 8.5 x 13.4, you will select short side 9, long side 14 and in the Artwork Size Field type in "poster 8.5 x 13.375" (note round to the closest 1/8", and we will ship a 12.5 x 17.375 frame. 

• Example 3 - want certain final frame size: You are trying to make the frame fit a specific place and want the frame to be 16 x 21. Since we make the frame 4" larger than what is ordered, you would order a 12 x 17 and in the Artwork Size field type "no art yet, final frame 16x21".

Product Specifications

Material: High-quality, crystal-clear .125 inch acrylic. Frames over 1,000 square inches are upgraded to a thicker .177 inch reinforced back panel.

Corners: Elegant Rounded Corners come standard. Squared corners are available upon request.

Orientation: Can be mounted either Vertically or Horizontally.

Hardware: Includes premium standoff mounting hardware. Colors:  The classic Brushed Silver, Modern Shiny Silver, Contemporary Gold, Bold Black, or Simple White. Sizing: 1/2 inch diameter for frames where both sides are under 20 inches; 3/4 inch diameter for frames with any side over 20 inches. Quantity: 4 standoffs standard. Frames with a final exterior dimension of 36 inches or longer will include extra hardware in the middle of that side (6 to 8 total).

Capacity: Fits any flat item up to 3/8 inch maximum thickness. Perfect for artwork, photographs, posters, children's art, fabric, weaving, and puzzles.

Shipping and Timing

Handmade in the USA: Every frame is bespoke and cut to order. Turnaround: Shipped within 3 to 6 business days. Delivery: Typically 2 to 6 days depending on your distance from the East Coast.
